Loop bills two ways: a per-minute rate for connected call time, and a small success fee on recovered revenue.
Per-minute rate
Connected minutes only — failed and unanswered calls are free. Rates start at $0.18/min and decrease at volume.
Success fee
A flat percentage of revenue we recover, deducted automatically. No fee if no revenue.
