The TCPA governs how businesses can call US consumers. Loop ships with the guardrails on by default — here's what they do.
Consent
You need prior express consent to call a customer with an automated system. Loop's checkout snippet captures this; alternatively, you can rely on the existing-business-relationship exception for transactional calls.
Quiet hours
Calls are restricted to 8am–9pm local time per federal law. Loop applies this automatically based on the customer's billing ZIP.
