Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor to Loop Voice

4 min readIntegrations

Loop Voice has an MCP server, so AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and VS Code can answer questions about your workspace: how your calls and campaigns did, why a call ended, what shoppers object to, and whether anything is blocking your flows. It is read-only, and you sign in with your normal Loop Voice login.

Before you start

  • You need a Loop Voice login for the workspace you want to connect.
  • AI apps must be allowed in the workspace. An admin can check this under Settings > Connected AI apps > Access, where "Allow AI apps in this workspace" must be on.

Connect your assistant

  1. In Loop Voice, open Settings > Connected AI apps.
  2. Choose your assistant: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Claude Code or Other.
  3. Follow the steps shown. Claude and Cursor open with Loop Voice already filled in. For the others you paste the server URL.
  4. Sign in with your Loop Voice account, pick your workspace and click Allow.

Things to ask

  • How did Loop Voice do last week? What drove the recovered revenue?
  • Which calls went to voicemail or failed yesterday, and why?
  • What are the top objections shoppers raise before deciding not to buy?
  • Is my abandoned-cart campaign healthy? Anything blocking it?

What your assistant can and can't see

  • It can read performance, calls with masked transcripts, customer insights, campaigns, flows, agents, Loop IQ suggestions, account status and your knowledge base.
  • It can't place calls, send texts, launch campaigns or edit agents. Every tool is read-only.
  • Customer phone numbers and emails are masked unless an admin turns on "Share customer contact details".
  • Each person connects with their own login and sees only what their role allows. Every request is written to the audit log.

Disconnect an assistant

Open Settings > Connected AI apps and disconnect it under Connected apps. That signs the app out at once.

To pause every assistant without removing them, turn off "Allow AI apps in this workspace".

Troubleshooting

  • Your assistant can't get answers from Loop Voice: check that "Allow AI apps in this workspace" is on in Settings > Connected AI apps.
  • Claude won't let you add another connector: Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector.
  • ChatGPT doesn't show Add custom MCP server: it depends on your ChatGPT plan, and on Business and Enterprise an admin may need to allow custom MCP servers first.
  • You see masked phone numbers and emails: that is expected. An admin can turn on "Share customer contact details".

Still need help? Contact Loop Voice support from inside the app and we will help you connect your assistant.
