After installing, Loop pulls your last 90 days of orders and abandoned checkouts so the agent has context for every call.
What gets synced
Loop syncs three core objects, all kept fresh via Shopify webhooks.
- Customers — name, phone, consent flags, lifetime value
- Orders — line items, totals, fulfillment status
- Checkouts — abandoned carts with items and recovery URLs
Sync frequency
Initial sync covers 90 days. After that, Loop receives real-time webhooks from Shopify and reflects changes within seconds.
Privacy
We only store the fields needed to run calls. You can request deletion at any time from Settings → Data.
Troubleshooting
Sync seems stuck+
Visit Settings → Integrations → Shopify and click Resync. If it still fails, contact support@loopvoice.ai.
