Create your first voice agent

Templates are the fastest way to launch. Pick one, tweak the script to match your brand voice, and go live.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Agents tab
    Click New agent → choose Abandoned cart recovery.
  2. Pick a voice
    Preview voices in 12 languages. We recommend Aria (US English) for most stores.
  3. Edit the script
    Adjust greeting, discount offer, and objection handling.
  4. Set quiet hours
    Default is 9am–8pm in the customer's local time zone.
  5. Activate
    The agent goes live immediately.

What good looks like

Effective agents sound like a friendly store associate, not a robocall. Keep your greeting under 10 seconds and lead with empathy, not a discount.

Most merchants see a 15–25% connection rate and 8–12% conversion on cart recovery within the first week.
