Install the Shopify app
Installing Loop takes about two minutes. Once the app is connected, your store's cart, order, and customer data syncs automatically so your AI agent can make personalized calls.
Step-by-step
- Open the Shopify App Store listingSearch for Loop and click Add app.
- Approve permissionsLoop requests read access to orders, checkouts, and customers, plus write access to discount codes.
- Pick your primary use caseCart recovery, upsell, win-back, or custom.
- Wait for the initial syncTypically 30–90 seconds depending on store size.
Before you start
You'll need a Shopify store on the Basic plan or higher, admin access, and a verified business phone number on file.

What happens next
Once connected, you'll see your first dashboard. Head to Create your first voice agent to send a test call to yourself.
If you're on Shopify Plus, Loop supports multi-store linking. Install the app on one store first, then add siblings from Settings → Stores in the Loop dashboard.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Add app button+
Make sure you're signed in to Shopify as a store owner or staff member with full permissions.
The install times out+
Check that your Shopify plan allows third-party apps and that your store isn't in development mode.
