How to trigger a test
Open the agent → click Test call → enter your phone number. Loop dials within 5 seconds with a fake cart so you can hear how the agent handles real conversation flow.
Test from a quiet room with good signal. Voice quality issues during testing usually mirror what your customers will hear.
